Scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy for established patients. Only telemedicine appointments can be requested online, if you would like to be seen in person, please contact the office at (360) 676-1285.

If you are a new patient you will have to schedule your initial appointment by calling the office at (360) 676-1285. We are unable to schedule new patients online at this time.

Private Insurance

A list of insurance we accept are located at the bottom of this page. If your insurance is not listed, please inquire about our DPC program.

Uninsured, High-Deductible, Out of Network or Medicare

If you fall into one of the above four categories and plan to pay out of pocket for your visits, consider an alternative option such as enrolling in our DPC membership.
