Scheduling an appointment online is quick and easy for both new patients and established patients. If you’re not sure which practitioner to schedule with, please refer to their bios under the “about us” tab. Please see below for some commonly asked questions.
A list of insurances accepted are located at the bottom of this page. If your insurance is not listed, please inquire about our “out-of-network” status.
Uninsured, high-deductible, or Medicare
If you fall into one of the above three categories and plan to pay out of pocket for your visits, consider an alternative option such as enrolling in our DPC membership.
Scheduling a time for acute concerns is not available online. We keep small 15min openings in our schedule to accommodate acute appointments, but these have to be scheduled over the phone. Please call (360) 676-1285. Examples of acute concerns necessitating same day or next day scheduling are upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, minor trauma, vertigo, etc.
If your preferred gender is not listed when scheduling as a new patient, please choose the one that corresponds to the information your insurance company has on file. There will be a questionnaire to fill out later with more options on gender.
