Please contact our office to see if we are contracted with your insurance or navigate to the bottom of this page and see a list of insurances accepted. If the practitioner you wish to see is not contracted with your insurance, we can submit a claim for out-of-network reimbursement on your behalf. Payment will be due at the time of service for all non-insured patients and for insured patients who have not yet reached their deductible. Our office accepts checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and HSA’s.
This is a popular option for the uninsured, those with high-deductible plans, and those with Medicare. Please follow this link to learn more about our DPC membership.
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, providing as much notice as possible will help us to accommodate your changes. If less than 24-hours notice is given, and we are unable to fill the appointment, you are responsible for 100% of the appointment cost.
Ways we help keep costs down
For those without insurance, high deductible insurance, or insurance that we’re not contracted with:
- We offer upon request a complete invoice that you may send to your health insurance provider. Some insurance providers may partly reimburse for services and/or laboratory tests ordered.
- Laboratory testing will never be ordered indiscriminately. You will be given an explanation of why each test is ordered and why it’s necessary for diagnosis of management of your case. We offer physician pricing through Quest Diagnostics, which significantly reduces the cost of testing.
- We offer a discount on all of our dispensary items and like laboratory testing will not prescribe indiscriminately. Our ultimate goal in your treatment is that you no longer need treatment, that you’ve learned how to maintain health without the use of synthetic or natural prescriptions.
